• All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact.
• The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
• The item should be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
Once an item has been processed and customized for you, adjustments cannot be made, but we are happy to facilitate an exchange when applicable.

Please note: The cost of return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

• Color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions and lighting conditions. These variations do not qualify as defects.
• Personalized or customized items are specially made for you and cannot be exchanged.
• Once an order has been placed and processed, it moves directly into production, ensuring efficient fulfillment.
